
Meet Ana Winter

Anastacia (Ana) Winter is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and is EMDR trained. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in 2019. She also holds a Master’s Certificate in Depth/Jungian Psychotherapy.
Ana therapeutically supports adults and adolescents who are facing various presenting challenges with mental health and life circumstances. She specializes in trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues/co-dependent relationship patterns, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), life transitions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and is an LGBTQ + ally.
Ana is formally trained in Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is currently working on certification in EMDR therapy. She also specializes and utilizes techniques including: dream tending, art therapy, play therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and operates from a Jungian/Depth perspective.
She believes that tending to the soul and the “humanness” of each person allows them to develop compassion and curiosity in their healing journey instead of judgement. She utilizes a variety of modalities in order to provide the best care for each client to create unique and individualized care.
